* configure.ac (sparc-*-rtems*|sparc-*-elf*): Enable erc32 simulator.

* configure: Regenerated.

* Makefile.in (func.o, help.o): Correct dependencies.
* Makefile.in (install-sis): Honor DESTDIR.
