* Make-common.in: New files sim-break.c, sim-break.h.
* sim-base.h: Add point to breakpoint list to sim_state_base.
* sim-break.c sim-break.h: New modules that implement intrinsic
breakpoint support.
* sim-module.c: Add breakpoint module.
