* genmloop.sh (eng.hin): Rename HAVE_PARALLEL_EXEC to
HAVE_PARALLEL_INSNS, define as 0 or 1. Emit decls of fns in mloop.cin. * cgen-engine.h: Typedefs of IADDR,CIA,SEM_ARG,SEM_PC moved ... * cgen-sim.h: ... to here.
