* lib/gdb.exp (gdbtk_start): Add startup for gdbtk.
* configure.in: Add options for gdbtk testsuite.
* configure: Regenerate.
* gdb.gdbtk: New directory to hold gdbtk tests.
* gdb.gdbtk/console.{exp, test}: New console window tests.
