* gdbinit.in: New file.
* aclocal.m4 (SIM_AC_OUTPUT): Build .gdbinit.
* Make-common.in (distclean): Delete .gdbinit.
(.gdbinit): Add rule for.
* configure: Regenerated to track ../common/aclocal.m4 changes.
