sim: bfin: add support for glued SIC interrupt lines
The BF537 family glues a bunch of peripherals into single interrupt lines that run into the SIC. To model this same behavior in the sim, we need to use the glue-or device, and in order to use that, we need to tweak things a bit in the mach code to allow declaring of these new devices.
