[Testsuite] Fix running unique tests on ARM

ld/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* ld-unique/unique.exp: Use a wider glob for matching ARM
targets.
* ld-unique/unique.s: Use % instead of @ in .type directive.
* ld-unique/unique_shared.s: Likewise.
