i960 cgen simulator support.
* Makefile.am (CFILES): Add i960c-asm, i960c-dis.c, i960c-opc.c.
(ALL_MACHINES): Add i960c-asm.lo, i960c-dis.lo, i960-opc.lo.
start-sanitize-cygnus
(CLEANFILES): Add stamp-i960.
(I960_DEPS): Define.
(i960c-opc.h, i960c-opc.c, i960c-asm.c, i960c-dis.c, stamp-i960):
New makefile rules.
