* Makefile.am (CGEN, CGENDEPS, CGENDIR, CGENFLAGS): New. (run-cgen, stamp-m32r, stamp-fr30): New targets. * Makefile.in: Regenerate. * configure.in: Add --enable-cgen-maint option. * configure: Regenerate.
