* acinclude.m4 (AM_INSTALL_LIBBFD): Fake to fool autotools.
* configure.in: Invoke AM_INSTALL_LIBBFD.
* Makefile.am (install-data-local): Move to..
(install_libopcodes): .. New target.
(uninstall_libopcodes): Likewise.
(install-bfdlibLTLIBRARIES): Likewise.
(uninstall-bfdlibLTLIBRARIES): Likewise.
(bfdlibdir): New.
