* configure.in: Autoupdate to autoconf 2.59.
* aclocal.m4: Rebuild with aclocal 1.4p6.
* configure: Rebuild with autoconf 2.59.
* Makefile.in: Rebuild with automake 1.4p6 (picking up
bfd changes for autoconf 2.59 on the way).
* config.in: Rebuild with autoheader 2.59.
