opcodes: add support for eBPF
This patch adds support for the Linux kernel eBPF architecture to the
opcodes. The port is based on CGEN.

(TARGET_LIBOPCODES_CFILES): Add bpf-asm.c, bpf-desc.c, bpf-dis.c,
