* configure.in: Group targets by CPU. Merge some m68k target entries with
different CPU specs that use the same ld_target values.
* configure.in: Add sparc*-*-coff.
* config/coff-sparc.mt, emulparams/coff_sparc.sh: New files.
* Makefile.in (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add em_coff_sparc.o.
(em_coff_sparc.c): Add dependencies and build rules.
