Patches from John Polstra <jdp@polstra.com> for FreeBSD ELF:
* lexsup.c (parse_args): -Bshareable is a synonym for -shared.
* emulparams/elf_i386.sh (NONPAGED_TEXT_START_ADDR): Make the same
as TEXT_START_ADDR.
