* config/default.exp: Change ld, as, nm and strip from .new to
-new. Load ld-lib.exp rather than ld.exp.
* ld-bootstrap/bootstrap.exp: Use ld-new rather than ld.new.
* lib/ld-lib.exp: Rename from lib/ld.exp, for the benefit of
DejaGnu changes.
