Add support for creating uuid based build-id's in a MinGW32 environment.
ld * ldbuildid.c: Changes for MinGW32:
Include windows.h and rpcdce.h.
(validate_build_id_style): Allow "uuid" style.
(generate_build_id): Fill in id_bits using UuidCreate().
