Use Windows style directory separators when running sysroot tests under MinGW and Cygwin.

	* testsuite/ld-scripts/sysroot-prefix.exp
	(get_base_dir_for_scripts): New function.
	(run_sysroot_prefix_test): Use get_base_dir_for_scripts.
