* emulparams/crislinux.sh (ENTRY): Change back to _start.
(TEXT_START_SYMBOLS): Remove conditional setting of __start.
* scripttempl/crisaout.sc: Change all RELOCATING not related to
merging non-a.out sections into CONSTRUCTING.
