* Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add eelf32iq2000.o.
(eelf32iq2000.c): New target.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* configure.tgt: Handle iq2000-*-elf.
* emulparams/elf32iq10.sh: New file.
* emulparams/elf32iq2000.sh: New file.
* scripttempl/iq2000.sc: New file.
