Remove long-obsolete MPW support.
* mpw-config.in, mpw-make.sed, mac-ld.r: Remove files.
* Makefile.am (mpw): Remove file-presynthesizing actions.
* Makefile.in: Likewise.
* ldfile.c (slash): Remove MPW case.
* ldlex.l [MPW]: Remove unused definition.
