* Makefile.am (eelf64ppc.c, eelf64lppc.c): Depend on ppc64elf.em.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
* emulparams/elf64ppc.sh (EXTRA_EM_FILE): Define.
* emultempl/ppc64elf.em: New file.
