* Makefile.am (ALL_EMULATIONS): Add elf32ppcwindiss.o.
(eelf32ppcwindiss.c): New target.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
* configure.tgt: Add support for powerpc-*-windiss.
* emulparams/elf32ppcwindiss.sh: New file.
