* mpw-config.in: Add PowerMac target support, generate config.h.
* mac-ld.r: New file, Mac resources.
* mpw-make.sed: New file, edits Makefile.in into MPW syntax.
* mpw-make.in: Remove.
* mpw-eppcmacos.c: Prebuilt version of PowerMac linking script.
