* cgen.h (cgen_version_{major,minor,fixlevel}): Declare.
(cgen_insert_fn,cgen_extract_fn): New arg `pc'.
(get_operand,put_operand): Replaced with get_{int,vma}_operand,
set_{int,vma}_operand.
