Add basic recognition of new EM_ ELF machine numbers.
include * elf/common.h (EM_LANAI): New machine number.
(EM_BPF): Likewise.
(EM_WEBASSEMBLY): Likewise.
Move low value, deprecated, numbers to their numerical
equivalents.
binutils * readelf.c (get_machine_name): Rearrange switch table in order of
increasing machine number. Add missing entries.
