* internalcoff.h: took out the M88 dependency in the lineno
struct.
* coff-m88k.h: defines GET_LINENO_LNNO and PUT_LINENO_LNNO to use
32bit linno entries.
* a29k-opcode.h: fixed encoding of mtacc
