* elf32-spu.c (struct spu_link_hash_table): Add stack_analysis
and emit_stack_syms bitfields.
(get_sym_h): Read all symbols if stack analysis will be done.

(is_hint): Split off from..
(is_branch): ..here. Adjust callers.
(spu_elf_size_stubs): Add stack_analysis param. Arrange to read
