* aout64.h: Remove PAGE_SIZE defines; they are target-dependent.
Add N_FN_SEQ for N_FN symbol type used on Sequent machines.
* stab.def: Include N_FN_SEQ in table.
* bout.h: External formats of structures use unsigned chars.
