* object.cc (Relocate_info::location): Simplify location string.
* errors.cc (Errors::error_at_location): Don't print program
name.
(Errors::warning_at_location): Likewise.
(Errors::undefined_symbol): Likewise.
* testsuite/debug_msg.sh: Update accordingly.
