* object.cc (Xindex::initialize_symtab_xindex): New function.
(Xindex::read_symtab_xindex): New function. (Xindex::sym_xindex_to_shndx): New function. (Sized_relobj::find_symtab): Pick up SHT_SYMTAB_SHNDX section if available. (Sized_relobj::do_initialize_xindex): New function. (Sized_relobj::do_read_symbols): Adjust section links. (Sized_relobj::symbol_section_and_value): Add is_ordinary parameter. Change all callers.
