* acconfig.h (DEFAULT_BFD_ARCH, DEFAULT_BFD_VEC): Remove.
* configure.in: Cleanup section that sources GDB and BFD configure
subscripts. Remove evil changequotes here.
* config.in, configure: Regenerated.
