symtab.c (hash_symbol_entry): Hash STRUCT_DOMAIN symbols as VAR_DOMAIN.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* symtab.c (hash_symbol_entry): Hash STRUCT_DOMAIN symbols as
VAR_DOMAIN.
(symbol_cache_lookup): Clarify use of bsc_ptr, slot_ptr parameters.
Include symbol domain in debugging output.
