* Makefile.in (INSTALLED_LIBS, CLIBS): Remove reference to
$(TM_CLIBS).
(CDEPS): Remove reference to $(TM_CDEPS).
gdb/doc/
* gdbint.texinfo (Adding a New Target): Don't mention TDEPFILES,
.mt files, TM_CLIBS or TM_CDEPS.
(x86 Watchpoints): Don't mention TDEPFILES.
