Remove GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION and SET_GDBARCH_BREAKPOINT_MANIPULATION
Both of them are used in conversion. We can remove them since the conversion is done. There are many architectures only have one breakpoint instruction, so their gdbarch methods breakpoint_kind_from_pc and sw_breakpoint_from_kind look very similar. Instead of macro, we use template "template <size_t, const gdb_byte *> struct bp_manipulation" for these architectures. In order to use template, I also change breakpoint instruction of type "static const gdb_byte[]" to "constexpr gdb_byte[]", and rename them to ARCH_break_insn. gdb: 2016-11-03 Yao Qi <yao.qi@linaro.org> Pedro Alves <palves@redhat.com> * aarch64-tdep.c (aarch64_default_breakpoint): Change it to constexpr.
