(ppc_linux_sigtramp_cache): Delete.
(ppc32_linux_sigaction_cache_init)
(ppc64_linux_sigaction_cache_init)
(ppc32_linux_sighandler_cache_init)
(ppc64_linux_sighandler_cache_init)
(ppc32_linux_sigaction_tramp_frame)
(ppc64_linux_sigaction_tramp_frame)
(ppc32_linux_sighandler_tramp_frame)
(ppc64_linux_sighandler_tramp_frame)
(ppc_linux_sigtramp_cache, ppc_linux_init_abi): Implement 32 and
64-bit, sigaction and siginfo tramp-frame unwinders.
