* mon960-rom.c: Cleanups and elimination of unused code,
clarify documentation string.
(mon960_serial, mon960_ttyname): Remove.
* config/i960/tm-mon960.h (ADDITIONAL_OPTIONS,
ADDITIONAL_OPTION_CASES, ADDITIONAL_OPTION_HELP): Remove.
