* remote-sim.h: Delete - moved to ../include/remote-sim.h.
* Makefile.in (remote_utils_h): Update path to remote-sim.h. * remote-sim.c (flush_stdout, write_stderr, flush_stderr, vprintf_filtered, evprintf_filtered): Callbacks that accept varargs.
