* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Rebuild.
* gdbarch.sh (set_target_gdbarch): Rename from
deprecated_target_gdbarch_select_hack.
* arch-utils.c (gdbarch_update_p): Update.
(set_gdbarch_from_file): Update.
