* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_NPC_REGNUM): Delete.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
* procfs.c (procfs_fetch_registers): Delete reference to
DEPRECATED_NPC_REGNUM.
(procfs_store_registers): Ditto.
* regcache.c (generic_target_write_pc): Simplify.
* lynx-nat.c: Delete #ifdef SPARC code. Not used.
