* jv-exp.y (insert_exp): Define using ISO syntax.
(copy_exp): Likewise. (push_expression_name): Likewise. (push_fieldnames): Likewise. (java_type_from_name): Likewise. (yyerror): Likewise. (yylex): Likewise. (parse_number): Likewise.
