* gdbarch.sh (bfd_vma): Remove.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
* gdbtypes.h (builtin_bfd_vma_type): Remove.
* gdbtypes.h (builtin_bfd_vma_type): Remove.
(build_gdbtypes): Do not initialize it.
(_initialize_gdbtypes): Do not swap it.
