* regcache.c (TARGET_WRITE_PC, TARGET_READ_PC, TARGET_READ_FP,
TARGET_WRITE_FP, TARGET_READ_SP, TARGET_WRITE_SP): Move initialization from here. * gdbarch.sh: To here. * gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Regenerate.
