* config/xm-nbsd.h: New file, support for all NetBSD ports.
* config/sparc/{nm-nbsd.h,tm-nbsd.h,xm-nbsd.h}: New files, support
for NetBSD/sparc.
* configure.in: Add sparc-*-netbsd target.
