gdb/

	* gdb_gcore.sh (tmpfile): Remove the variable, its initialization,
	cleanup and generating of gdb script to it.
	(gdb): Use redirection from /dev/null.  Use --nx.  Turn off pagination
	and terminal size.  Convert $tmpfile to a series of -ex-es.
