gdb/testsuite: remove a duplicate test
I spotted a duplicate test name in this test script. Turns out it's
an actual duplicate test. Delete one copy of this test.
gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gdb.python/py-lookup-type.exp: Remove duplicate test.
