Remove regcache_raw_read
Remove regcache_raw_read, update all callers to use
readable_regcache::raw_read instead.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* regcache.h (regcache_raw_read): Remove, update callers to use
readable_regcache::raw_read instead.
* regcache.c (regcache_raw_read): Remove.
