[Ada] Add ada-tasks.c:iterate_over_live_ada_tasks
This new function is needed by the ravenscar-thread layer. gdb/ChangeLog: * ada-tasks.c (iterate_over_live_ada_tasks): New function. * ada-lang.h (iterate_over_live_ada_tasks): Declare.
