* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (FRAME_CHAIN_COMBINE): Delete macro.
* blockframe.c (FRAME_CHAIN_COMBINE): Delete macro.
(get_prev_frame): Do not call FRAME_CHAIN_COMBINE.
* gdbint.texinfo (Target Architecture Definition): Remove
FRAME_CHAIN_COMBINE.
