* Makefile.in (bindir, libdir, datadir, mandir, infodir, includedir):
Use autoconf set values.
(docdir): Removed.
* configure.in (AC_PREREQ): autoconf 2.5 or higher.
* nlm/Makefile.in (bindir, libdir, datadir, mandir, infodir,
