* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_REG_STRUCT_HAS_ADDR): Renamed from
REG_STRUCT_HAS_ADDR.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Updated.
* infcall.c (call_function_by_hand): Update.
* stabsread.c (define_symbol): Updated.
